Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 4, 2026

Technology Outlaws LLC is committed to making technologyoutlaws.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we design the Site to align with the expectations of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.

Measures we take

  • Text and background colors are chosen to meet AA contrast ratios; accent colors are reserved for non-text elements.
  • A "skip to main content" link, visible keyboard focus indicators, and logical heading structure are provided on every page.
  • Interactive controls have accessible names; touch targets are at least 48×48 pixels; body text is at least 16px.
  • Motion respects the operating-system "reduce motion" setting; animation is decorative only.
  • Images that convey meaning include descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.

Known limitations

We review the Site regularly, but some third-party content (for example, an embedded form) may not fully meet our target. Where that happens, an equivalent path is available: you can reach us directly by email for anything a form would otherwise handle.

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier, tell us and we will work to fix it and give you the information you need in an accessible form. Email technologyoutlaws@gmail.com with the page and the problem, and we will respond promptly.
