These terms govern your use of technologyoutlaws.com (the "Site"), operated by Technology Outlaws LLC ("Technology Outlaws," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. Use of any Technology Outlaws product (including Marcella) is governed by a separate written agreement, not these terms.

1. Informational purpose

The Site describes Technology Outlaws and its technology for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer, warranty, or binding commitment, and nothing here creates a security, legal, compliance, or professional-services relationship. Descriptions of capabilities, architecture, and compliance-framework mappings are provided as-is and may change.

2. No compliance or legal advice

References to standards and regulations (including CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, FedRAMP, GCC High, and ITAR) describe standards the technology is designed to map to or infrastructure it runs on. They are not endorsements, certifications, authorizations, or legal advice, and Technology Outlaws holds no independent authorization (such as a FedRAMP ATO) unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. You are responsible for your own compliance determinations.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the marks MAP, CEM, MCF, and OSIGate — are owned by or licensed to Technology Outlaws LLC and protected by law. "Patent-pending" indicates one or more filed patent applications; it does not grant you any license. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach or probe security without authorization, no scraping that burdens the Site, no reverse engineering, and no submission of unlawful or infringing content through the contact form.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites and uses third-party services (e.g., form delivery, analytics, hosting). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their terms and policies apply to their services.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technology Outlaws LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We will revise the "Last updated" date above.
